Fees
The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the type of treatment required. During your first visit, we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved.
For your convenience, we accept cash, money orders or certified funds, and all major credit cards.
Insurance
We accept many traditional insurance plans and will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding insurance. Informing us of your plan prior to the appointment will help in determining the amount you will owe at the time of treatment. If your portion has not been determined ahead of time you will be expected to pay an estimated amount when treatment is performed.
Flexible Payment Plans
We understand that endodontic treatment can be an unexpected expense, which is why many endodontic practices offer flexible payment options to make necessary care more manageable. Depending on the practice, patients may be able to use third-party financing options such as Cherry or CareCredit, which can provide flexible payment arrangements and, when available and subject to approval, promotional financing options. These services allow eligible patients to spread treatment costs over time rather than paying the full amount upfront. Patients are encouraged to discuss available payment and financing options with the practice before treatment to determine which option best fits their needs and budget.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much advance notice as possible so we can offer the appointment time to another patient. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or missed without sufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation or missed-appointment fee. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your appointment.
